These Deli Roll Ups are the the simplest appetizer you can make. Two ingredients. That’s all. I was away at my parents for a few weeks and I had some deli in the fridge that was not going to last. Before I left, I popped it into the freezer. When I got back, I defrosted it and some flaky dough and put the two together.
These are super kid friendly. My kids unfortunately do not have very developed palates and could eat these every night for dinner. You can serve it plain or with a garlic mayonnaise dip.
Best of all, there is almost no cleanup. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and then simply discard.
