Broccoli is one of the few vegetables my daughter Lilly will eat. I thought if I can make a healthier version of Broccoli Chicken that doesn’t use a ton of oil and sugar, I would have a winner. This recipe didn’t disappoint. My sister Naomi wanted this for dinner one day, so I invited her over and we created this recipe together. My family licked their plates clean, Lilly included. It was supposed to be two dinners for her family but it gone in one meal. To save time you can use frozen broccoli.
