These Keto Friendly Mixed Nut Brownies are really delicious. I’ve been trying to cut back my carb intake because that it really makes me less hungry and I wanted a chocolatey snack. I just made a batch and Greg was really surprised that the base was just nuts and no flour. I used a sweetener called Allulose that is increasing in popularity and I know this because Trade Joe’s started carrying it. I added peanut butter powder because I love peanuts and chocolate. This is a super easy one bowl recipe. It’s great if you are on a keto diet or just trying to cut down on your carbs. You can purchase Allulose online here.
These brownies are really good frozen. You can serve with whipped cream and strawberries or just grab a piece for your morning breakfast.
