I went lemon picking yesterday at my friend Lieba’s house. Lieba has the most amazing meyer lemon tree and it inspired me to make these Lemon Raspberry Donuts. They are perfect for any time of the year but especially for Chanukah which is just around the corner. Raspberry is the perfect complement to lemon and I used frozen ones so you don’t have to worry about finding them in the supermarket. These donuts are light and fluffy, sweet and tart and best of all, they are not fried. Lucky for us, we have eight days to celebrate so if you don’t have the ingredients at home, you still have time to make these.
You can purchase the donut tin at Amazon using this link.
