If I’m going to be completely honest with you, I’m probably not the most fun person to go out to dinner with. Whenever I eat out, which is not so often, I taste the food , analyze it and try to figure out exactly how it’s made. I also decide whether something is worth ordering again based on how easy it is to prepare at home. If I think I can make it home, it goes on the “Do Not Order” list and then I try making it at home. This is exactly what happened with this Thai Chicken Larb. We ordered it at a Thai restaurant. I really liked it but I could tell it wasn’t time consuming to make. I love the flavors because I will eat anything with soy sauce in it 🙂 . But what I love even more, is how easy it is to prepare. Literally no more than 10 minutes. There is hardly any prep at all and the chicken cooks so quickly. It’s also a fun informal appetizer since you’ll be eating it taco style.

Ingredients
Method
- Add sesame oil to a large frying pan
- Saute scallions on medium heat for 2-3 minutes ( set aside a little of the green for garnish)
- Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink and cooked through breaking it up into small pieces
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and red pepper flakes
- Serve with lettuce

Brilliant
So easy and so clear
I’m definitely trying this.
Thank you
