This Apple Cider Chicken recipe is so flavorful but yet so simple. I personally like to cook my chicken until it falls off the bone – my mother says it’s overdone but that’s just the way I like it. I made this recipe using reduced apple cider. I cooked a bottle of cider until it was so thick it resembled honey. I personally like the mix of apple cider and apple cider vinegar but you can use honey and you won’t compromise on flavor. I used just drumsticks for this recipe but you can use any part of the chicken that you like.
