This Korean Dumpling recipe was probably the most fun recipe I have ever made. I took a trip with my friend Inny, first to the Kosher butcher to get the chicken and then to the Korean grocery store to get the rest of the ingredients. Inny was my guide and explained what a lot of the vegetables were. In the evening when the kids were asleep, Inny came over and taught me how to make these amazing tasty authentic Korean Dumplings. She told me they are made in the style of North Korea. It was so nice to have company while we shaped the dumplings. We listened to music and the time went by quickly. When we were done I had a huge pile of dumplings. We cooked some and froze the rest for later use. You can cook, steam or fry these dumplings as they are very versatile.
