This Low Sugar Chocolate Chunk Biscotti is the perfect breakfast treat. It’s not overly sweet but still helps satisfy that chocolate and cookie craving you might have. I used almond flour to lower the carbs and 85% chocolate to get the strong chocolate flavor without the added sugar. I thought it came out wonderful. If you know someone who’s watching their carb intake but still wants a treat, then gift them a batch of this biscotti or simply share this recipe.
